A letter box is available in room 024 for submitting documents up to A3 size.
Special opening hours counter/information desk in July/August:

However, we are available on all working days by e-mail and by telephone from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
There is a letter drop box in room 024 for documents up to A3 size.
From August 11th, 2025, we will be back to our regular opening hours.
