CHF 240,000 for innovative projects that use transdisciplinary methods to promote climate protection and involve societal players in the Bern region in new and impactful ways.

CHF 750,000 - 1 million for transdisciplinary projects with solution-oriented approaches that contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and reducing poverty.

CHF 2-3 million for network projects that are aligned with the university’s strategic focus and long-term positioning in the field of digital transformation.

Large multinational projects with at least 3 partners from at least 3 EU Member States or Associated Countries on predefined topics that deal with global challenges.

Projects in the areas of biodiversity, urban transformation, clean energy, secure water supply, transforming healthcare systems, rare diseases, and One Health and antibiotic resistance.

Up to CHF 10,000 to cover costs arising from the preparation of Horizon Europe collaborative project applications in which the ´ºÉ«Ö±²¥ plays a substantial role (equivalent to coordination).

CHF 10,000 for 6 months to advance, validate and refine ideas into innovative products or services
