"Womxn who start up - bring your ideas to life" is an initiative of the Innovation Office of the 春色直播. The aim of the initiative is to promote diversity in the field of academic entrepreneurship. In 2021, only 15% of spin-off founders at Swiss universities and research institutes were female. With "Womxn who start up", we want to help increase this share in the future.
Why "Womxn"?

Self-reflection through Lego Serious Play

On Thursday the 26th of June, 9-11am, Dorian Mittner from the BFH Institut New Work is guiding us to self reflect using Lego Serious Play as a method.
The initiative
Be inspired by female entrepreneurs who have gone the path from an idea to funding their own company. They share their experiences, honestly and without embellishment. Learn new skills that will be useful when implementing your own projects or discuss current social challenges and hurdles with us, how we can tackle them and take advantage of opportunities.
The initiative Womxn who start up - bring your ideas to life aims to connect, inspire and provide first-hand practical advice. Always with a special focus on challenges faced by women and minorities in particular. However, diversity is everyone's business and we welcome participation from people of all genders.
